The Problem

Traditional job boards and application processes are ineffective, impersonal, and discouraging to its users. Job seekers and HR professionals alike are frustrated by opaque and unhelpful tools.

The Tools

This project with use large language models (LLMs) to give users a detailed cross comparison between a user’s CV and cover letter, and a job listing. This tool will also provide users with statistics, language breakdowns, and more intentional methods to the job seeking and hiring processes.

The Solution

While traditional tools are one size fits all, we believe in quality over quantity, and that transparency is not a luxury, but an ethical necessity that is sorely lacking in the information age.
